Naturally Curious Childcare is a selection of 4 Curiosity Approach Day Nurseries with local family values at our core. We believe in providing children with opportuninties to promote Curiosity and Imagination throughout their day.
All of our settings are huge advocates of risky play and using real everyday authentic materials. It is important that children are able to take manageable risks in order to understand how to stay safe. Our children are trusted to use real items in their role play, giving them the vital skills to handle items such as ceramics with care and respect.
We encourage all children to dress for mess on nursery days. They will have ample opportunities for creativity throughout the day so that children are able to channel their inner artist! All of our settings provide free flow access all year round to enable children to have autonomy over their own play, experiencing all the seasons and elements that come with them... theres no such thing as bad weather just bad clothing!
Each of our nurseries has a designated baby room with private sleep room with qualified staff who will follow your child's home routine, meaning consistency both at home and nursery. We are an all inclusive setting meaning we provide all your branded nappies, wipes, creams, formular milk, bottles. Allowing you as busy parents to leave home in the morning knowing everything is already taken care of.
The best way to understand how we work is to come and see for yourself. We would love for you to come and spend time in our settings to understand our ethos and our child centred approach.
NCC are are are without a doubt, the best nursery in he local area, if not the country. The children are loved, nurtured and developed within the family environment that the owners and staff have created. The love, care, and understanding of each and every as child as an individual is unique, and refreshing. The consistent environment, home cooked on site, well balanced, varied meals meals and snacks are amazing, and all children are encouraged to try new things, with even the fussiest eaters joining in, all the while learning and embracing new experiences, and gaining confidence in themselves as individuals. The level of knowledge and qualifications of all staff is second to none. My only criticism is, my my children had to Leave! Not only do Pear Tree care about their children, but they also care about about the families too. All are are invited and welcome to discuss their children's progress, and get involved with the various activities within the Nursery. I feel truly blessed to have been, part of something so special and and so unique, and to have been able to watch both of my children develop into the amazingly bright, confident, healthy children that they are today. I cannot thank NCC enough, and would highly commend them (and regularly do) to any parent/care provider looking for something above and beyond the 'standard'!
